3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

4 SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed promptly. Delivery times vary based on product availability, location, and carrier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5 RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to be satisfied.

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For safety reasons, opened or used batteries cannot be returned unless they are defective. Defective batteries or chargers may be exchanged for the same item within 30 days of purchase after inspection. Refunds for defective items will only be issued if a replacement is not available.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and approved.

6. LIMITED WARRANTY

Select rechargeable batteries and chargers may include a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for up to one year. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper charging, exposure to moisture, or modification.

7. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policy above.
